Shift Retail Lab

This event explored how AI and culinary arts could intersect to create innovative taste experiences. Participants joined hands-on activities and discussions, led by experienced chef and educator, Garrett Eagleton, as they unlocked the potential of AI in flavor creation. From personalized tastes to cutting-edge techniques, attendees dived into the exciting world of AI-enhanced cuisine. Participants received a Credly badge for Design Thinking.

TEDxVCU Salon

Participants watched TEDx Talks about reimagining our urban environment and then embarked on team missions throughout the area to earn points. Teams competed in various challenges, working together to complete the missions. The points accumulated from the missions allowed teams to exchange them for a variety of awesome prizes.
